Cancellation Policies

  • Non-Refundable if cancelled prior to 24 hours of service.
  • AurCash used in the booking will be non refundable.
  • Any Add On charges are non-refundable.
  • You can not change the check-in or check-out date prior to 24 hours of service.

Hotel Cancellation Policies

  • The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.
  • Valid ID proof required at the time of check in for security reason and failure to present valid identification will result in cancellation of booking without any refund. Pan card will not be considered as Id Proof. Unmarried and unrelated couples, Single persons and guests with local Id proof will not be allowed to check in. Accommodation can be denied no refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in in this circumstance.
  • Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

Terms & Conditions

  • While Booking your flight ticket, select ‘Cancellation Protection’ option and pay a nominal cancellation premium and enjoy ZERO penalty in case you wish to cancel the booking.
  • Cancellation Protection is applicable on select one way domestic flights and starts at only Rs.149
  • Cancellation Protection is applicable on select one way domestic flights
  • Tickets should be cancelled 25 hrs prior to scheduled departure of the flight to avail this feature.
  • Cancellation should be done only on AURGHUM.com for the cancellation charges to be void.
  • Waiver is valid only for FULL cancellations (cancellations of all flights of a particular passenger, booked in an itinerary) for any or all passengers in a booking.
  • In case of partial cancellation (cancelation of only some flights booked in an itinerary), waiver will not be given & normal cancelation penalties will be charged.
  • ZERO Cancellation service is valid only on complete cancellation of itinerary and not on date change of itinerary.
